As you can see in the tables below, we offer a variety of sizes to fit your design needs. When you order a 50% patch, the embroidery will cover approximately 50% of the patch, with the remaining surface being twill. This is a great option for simple designs that require a single color background for impact, as this can really make your design stand out! 75% patches allow for more embroidery, still with a single color twill area in the background. The 100% patches are full embroidery and are great for detailed patches with a variety of colors.
